Support
Everything shipped under Byte Size Factory is supported from one inbox. No ticket portal, no account required — just email, and it reaches me directly.
Contact
support@bytesizefactory.devByte Size Factory is one person. I read every email that comes in, and replies usually take a few days — sometimes longer if I’m in the middle of a release. I would rather tell you that honestly than promise you a same-day answer and miss it.
What to include in your email
None of this is mandatory. It just means I can usually fix things in one reply instead of four.
- Which product — Starclaim, Bodkin, or NeedToKnow. They are separate things with separate accounts.
- Your account email or username, if the product has accounts. Without it I usually cannot find you.
- What happened — what you did, and what the product did back.
- What you expected instead. This one sounds obvious and is the single most useful line in most bug reports.
Screenshots and rough timestamps help more than a careful description. Send them if you have them.
By product
Each product has a permanent anchor on this page, linked from inside the product itself.
Starclaim
LiveAccount trouble, lost progress, purchase questions, and bug reports for Starclaim all come to the same inbox.
- If it is a purchase problem, include the email on the receipt from the payment processor — it is not always the same as your account email.
- If progress looks wrong, tell me roughly when you last played and what you expected to see.

- For connection or match problems, roughly when it happened and what you were doing helps more than anything else.

The Guide Forge
RetiredThe Guide Forge is retired and is no longer running. It had accounts, so if you had one and want your data removed, that request still works — write in and say so.
